To Hold Down Expenses.

In the case of Max Schoeninger against the Western Glass Manufacturing company, in which the district court of Denver allowed damages to the plaintiff for personal injuries, the lower court was held in error because it denied the motion of the defendants to have the plaintiff examined by a physician.

5312 (C. A. 2950). The Western Glass Manufacturing company, appellant, vs. Max Schoeninger, appellee. Judgement reversed.
