CULLET AND SHERDS.

The village of Berkshire, Mass., is to receive a new start, and ere many months the big furnaces will again be in full blast. Workmen are now engaged in getting the glass works into shape for the manufacture of that product, and by the middle of October it is expected the melting pot will be all aglow, and many hands will be busy.
