Bicycle Party.

The first bicycle party given in the city was enjoyed by twenty enthusiastic riders last night. The party was given by Miss Edith Love and about thirty-five invitations were extended. The riders assembled at the home of Miss Love at 6 o’clock and two photographs were taken by Mrs. J. R. Marsh, which have been developed and are a great success. The ride began at 6:30, and four miles of the best streets east and west were covered. Then the party returned to Miss Love's for a bit of luncheon and rest.

After the traffic on Main and Walnut street was over the riders took a spin over the asphalt, and then home. The entire company was enthusiastic over organizing a club, with a view of having a similar meet once a week.

The party consisted of Misses Todd, of Bluffton, Hattie Johnson, Grace Johnson, Hadie Smith, Reba Richey, Winifred Smith, Edith Love, Mesdames R. J. Beatty, J. R. Marsh, Harriet Marsh Johnston, and Messrs. J. R. Marsh, Tom Ryan, P. R. Janney, W. B. Stevens, Rob Williams, Dietrich, Wagner, Ray Johnson, A. L. Johnson, Ed Ball, Robin Hemingray and Sam Wilkinson.
