IN COVINGTON A NEW GLASS PLANT WILL LOCATE SOON.
Brown & Sheppard, of a Muncie (Ind.) glass plant, are in Covington to rent the Hemingray plant, to start a new glassworks. They will rent the place for a year, when they may build a place in Newport.
