Railroad Company Enjoined.

The Hemingray Glass Company and Patrick Lantry filed suit in the Circuit Court yesterday against the Covington Transfer Railway Company to enjoin the defendant from constructing and operating a line or railway along Second street from Scott street to Washington in front of the property of the Hemingray Glass Company and thence southwardly along Johnston street in front of the property of the plaintiff Lantry and to connect with the tracks of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company and the Covington and Cincinnati Elevated Railroad and Transfer Bridge Company. A temporary restraining order was granted by Judge Tarvin on the plaintiff's giving bond in the amount of $500.
