Receiver Keefer Takes

Possession of Glass

Plant.

George M. Keefer, receiver of the Covington Glass Company, was placed in charge of the company's plant at the foot of Madison Avenue, Thursday, by Deputy Sheriff Feldhaus. The plant has been closed throwing out of employment about 40 hands. The present difficulty is due to lack of capital to carry on the business.

The plant was started as a co-operative venture and met with considerable success in the way of orders.
