J. M. RUDE PLANT

TO BE OPERATED FOR BENEFIT OF CREDITORS.

An Agreement Reached Whereby the business Is to Continue.

The meeting of the creditors of James Rude, tinware manufacturer, held in the office of Galvin & Simrall, attorneys, Cincinnati, Monday was attended by about 95 percent of those holding claims against the property.

After some discussion it was decided to elect a committee to draw up an agreement whereby the concern will be operated for the benefit of the creditors. The members of the committee are John P. Ernst, John Galvin, C.H. Shaw and H. Stricker.

An estimate of assets and liabilities of the concern showed assets approximating $105,000, against debts of about $56,000.

A majority of the claims voted in favor of John Ernst for Trustee, and he was declared elected. It is thought that if the concern can be operated for six months it will redound to the interest of all the credits.
