PLANT TO RESUME

Trustee Mersman Files Bond in the Rude Assignment Matter.

The J. M. Rude plant, at Second Street and Madison Avenue, Covington, is to resume operations at once for a period of 30 days, under the management of J. H. Mersman, trustee. Mersman filed his bond as trustee late Tuesday in the sum of $50,000, with John Droege and Ben Framlage as sureties.
