Toledo, Indiana Companies Purchased

by Illinois Concern.

 

TOLEDO. May 4. - (AP) - Purchase of two concerns in deals purported to involve more than $500,000 in commitment has been concluded by the Owens-Illinois Glass company.

All of the assets and the business of the Hemingray Glass company of Muncie, Ind., manufacturers of glass insulators, were bought along with substantially all of the assets of the O'Neill Machine company of Toledo.
