Glass Subsidiary Changes Name.

 

American Structural Products Company, a subsidiary of Owens-Illinois Glass Company, has changed its name to Kimble Glass Company and will acquire the business and assets of the Kimble Glass Division on Sunday. American Structural Products made glass television and radar bulbs, glass insulators for communications and power lines, and glass blocks for the building industry, while the Kimble Division is a producer of glass tubing and rod, scientific laboratory glassware, and container specialties.
