TWO MUNCIE BOYS GOT PRIZES
IN BLACK CAT SKETCHING CLUB
The contest of the Black Cat Sketching Club at McNaughton's brought out 296 entries, and was decided Tuesday. The question of who were entitled to prize money was left to Miss Carroll Hemingray, the artist. After several hours of critical examination Miss Hemingray named as prize winner for the funniest cat the drawing of Robert McDowell, 112 West Mulberry street Muncie.

For honorable mention she marked the drawings as follows: Geraldine Smith, Winchester, Ind.; Inez Brennan, 520 South Franklin street city; Mark Smith, 222 East Gilbert street, city; Otto Zoller, 506 South Franklin street, city; Cleo. Heuchans, 302 West Seventh street, city.
For best drawing nearest like cat as in the Star, was submitted by Harrison E. Demorest, of 1125 South Walnut street, Muncie, who gets the prize.

Very honorable mention is given to W. Arthur Carson, 325 West Charles street, city, and Myrtle Lake, of Blountsville, Ind.
The drawings are now on exhibition in one of McNaughton's windows. The prize drawings with those of honorable mention will be submitted to the makers for the consideration in the $25 prize.
