Nannie T. Hemingray, widow, qualified as administratrix of Robert C. Hemingray, deceased, and executed bond, with Robert C. and Conway T. Hemingray as sureties. Messrs. W. E. Evans, J. F. Thompson, and Gabriel Davezac were appointed appraisers of the personalty.

Nannie T. Hemingray also qualified as Guardian of Sue Ashley Hemingray, and executed bond with the same sureties.
