NEW YORK SUPREME COURT, COUNTY OF KINGS - Albert M. Kalbfleisch and Franklin H. Kalbfleisch, plaintiffs, against Charles H. Kalbfleisch, defendant - In the matter of the receivership of William Brookfield - In pursuance of the judgment made and entered in the above entitled action on the 22nd day of August, 1888, notice is hereby given to all the creditors of the firm of Martin Kalbfleisch's Sons that they are required to present their claims to the undersigned, at his office, No. 55 Fulton Street, in the City of New York, with the vouchers in support thereof, on or before the eighth day of February, 1889. - Dated New York, December 12, 1888.
