Hemingray Is Ruled Off. SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 2,—Robert Hemingray, the Kentuckian, whose alleged wife committed suicide in a sensational manner here, has been ruled off the track by the California Jockey Club. President Williams said he would allow no man who acted like Hemingray to race on a California track. |
