Mr. William Brookfield, proprietor of the Bushwick Glass Works, is working away with all his might to fill the numerous orders which he receives from all parts of the country. Bottles, carboys, insulators, and other descriptions of green glass are turned out in large quantities at the Bushwick works. The repute of these goods is of the highest character and prices are always reasonable. Mr. Brookfield is one of the chief advocates of protection in this State and he gives practical illustration of the benefits derivable from the theories which he avows, by paying his employes [sic] employees excellent wages and at the same time treating his customers with unusual liberality.
