WARM IN THE FACTORIES.

The warm weather of the past few days has had a tendency to lower the production of ware at the factories, but up to date there have been no prostrations reported. The workmen, however, are compelled to take rests every few minutes, else they would be unable to finish their turns. It is a hard matter to keep the boys at work during the summer weather, especially at nights.

At the plant of the Hemingray Glass company the boys have refused to work on several occasions and during the past few weeks a few shops have been closed. At present everything is going along smoothly and but little further trouble is expected.
