A brilliant event of the week, which will bring society out in full force, will be the marriage on Thursday evening at 8 o’clock of Miss May Clarkson, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Minor Clarkson, of Madison Avenue, and Harry Percival at the First Baptist Church, followed by a recep­tion at the home of the bride’s par­ents. The bridal party will be quite large and will include Miss Alice Allen, of Wanut [sic] Walnut Hills, maid of honor; Miss Pearl McParlin, of Avondale; Miss Mary Dickerson, Walnut Hills; Miss Grace Temple, Avondale; Miss Lydia Shinkle, Miss Pearl Carpenter, the maids; Mrs. Edgar Evans, matron of honor; Messrs. Beatty Warner, best man; Will Allen, Walton Hill, Ar­thur Motch, Elliott Clarkson, Dr, Will Harris and Edgar Evans.
