The following additional assessments have been made:
Common Sense Engine Co., $21,480; Midland Steel Company, $118,525; C. H. Over Glass Co., $19,635; Cottonwood Box factory, $600; A. J. Cameron Co., $2,185; Hemingray Glass Co., $10,650.
The board is making assessments only on personal property. Real estate is appraised only every four years, the last valuations being made in 1895. The personal assessments will be added to the real estate and improvements in 1895.
