Mrs. Bradford Shinkle, Jr., of St. Louis. Mo., was the charming inspiration for Mrs. Llewellyn Hemingray’s inviting a dozen of her young friends to the Shinkle country home on Lexington-pike Saturday for a 1 o’clock luncheon. The spacious home was redolent with spring flowers gathered from the flower garden and beautiful lawn. The guests were: Mesdames Bradford Shinkle, Jr., of St. Louis; Jules Grant, of Cleveland, O.; Robert Hackney, of Shelbyville, Ind.; Frank Sheridan, of Brooklyn; John Warner, Harry Mackoy, Mary S. Long and Miss Linnora Gooch.
