OBITUARY

Mrs. C. L. Hammitt.

Mrs. Katherine Lucas received word this morning of the death of her cousin, Mrs. C. L. Hammitt (nee Mellie Hemingray) of McKeesport, Pa.

Mrs. Hammitt was formerly a resident of Newark, graduating from the Newark high school with the class of 1881. The funeral services will be held at the home of her son, Courtney Hammitt, McKeesport, Friday afternoon.
