Wiliam Brookfield, of the Bushwick Glass Works, Brooklyn, E.D., has purchased the works at Woodbury, N.J., lately operated by the American Bottle Co. Mr. Brookfield bought the plant with a United States Tank Furnace Co.'s tank furnace in it, with the idea of turning it into a green bottle furnace at an early date.
