McAbee Funeral To Be Saturday
Funeral services for Mrs. Carroll Hemingray McAbee, the wife of Philip W. McAbee, 824 E. Washington St., will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Meeks mortuary by the Reverend C. Russell Moody. Mrs. McAbee died early Wednesday morning in Cocoa, Fla., where she and her husband were spending the winter. The body is being brought to the mortuary, where friends may call after 10 a.m. Saturday. The casket will not be opened. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. Mrs. McAbee was the daughter of Ralph Hemingray, glass manufacturer. She lived in Muncie most of her life, and was prominent in women's club activities. |
