New Suit Filed.

 

The suit in which C. H. Over & Co., asked $75,000 from the Lake Erie & Western railroad company for the destruction of the Over glass works by fire a year ago, was taken to the United States circuit court at Indianapolis by the company. The transfer was cause by an error of the plaintiff. This afternoon a new suit was filed by Mr. Over asking $100,000. One of the cases will be dismissed.
