STOCK SALE PERMITTED

Judge Leslie T. Applegate issued an order late Tuesday in Kenton Circuit Court granting permission to A. C. Shinkle and Phillip W. McAbee, trustees of the estate of D. C. Hemingray, former Covington glass manufacturer, to sell 513 shares of the Hemingray o. stock. The petition stated an offer of $250 a share had been made for the stock.
