IN MEMORIUM The Market and Fulton National Bank. New York, May 19, 1903.
The directors of this bank desire to place on record an expression of their grief and sense of loss sustained by the death of their associate, William Brookfield, on the 13th instant. He has served the bank faithfully since January, 1900, when he assumed the duties of a Directorship, and he won the high esteem and regard of his fellow-members by his urbanity and the clear-minded business knowledge which he brought to bear in all matters requiring his attention. Resolved, therefore, that this simple tribute to his memory be inscribed upon our minutes, and that a copy thereof be sent to the family of our deceased friend as a token of our heartfelt sympathy. By order of the board. A. Gilbert, President. |
