The Brookfield Glass Co., of Brooklyn, N.Y., has been Incorporated. Capital, $150,000. Directors, Wm. Brookfield, Henry Brookfield, Frank Brookfield, and James Brookfield. They operate the Bushwick Glass Works, green, two furnaces of 10 pots and two day tanks of 22 rings.
