Mrs. J. L. Kingsbury entertained a party of women Saturday afternoon in honor of Miss Howe of Wabash and Miss Church. The house was beautifully decorated by flowers and plants of various kinds. The feature of the afternoon was the anagram contest. Miss Hemingray won the first favor in this contest, a beautiful medallion. The guests were: Mesdames Munshower and Oxtoby; Misses Cassady, Richey, Jacobs, McCulloch, Elier, Emma Cammack, Hemingray, Turner, Goddard, Angel, Perkins, Jones, Mason, Baughman, Bower, Neely, Fowler, and Arthur.
