Remains of Frank Schmitt, a Well Known

Man Laid to Rest.

The funeral of Frank Charles Schmitt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Schmitt, 1204 East Eighth street, was held this morning at 9 o'clock from the St. Lawrence Catholic church. The services were quite impressive, and were conducted by Rev. Wm. G. Schmidt, assisted by Rev. Weichman, of Gas City, Ind. Local No. 20, Flint Glass Workers' Union, attended the services in a body. The funeral cortege, which was an extensive one, was led by the city band. The floral offerings were beautiful and the remains were laid to rest in Beech Grove cemetery. The deceased was aged 21 years and was an employee of the Hemingray Glass Co.
