DELINQUENT TAXES
LIST OF LANDS AND LOTS RETURNED AND REMAINING DELINQUENT
FOR NON PAYMENT OF TAXES FOR THE YEAR 1902, AND FORMER YEARS,
IN DELAWARE COUNTY, INDIANA.
Notice is hereby given that each of the following tracts of lands and town lots, or so much thereof as may be necessary, will be sold by the Treasurer of Delaware County, Indiana, according to law, at public sale, unless such taxes, penalty and charges shall have been paid before the 2nd Monday (the same being the 8th day of February, A.D., 1904, at which time, between the hours of 10 o’clock a.m. and 4 o’clock p.m. said sale will be made at the South door of the courthouse in the city of Muncie in said county, and from day-to-day until all of said lands and lots are offered.
