Patent Infringement Charged

 

Judge Archibald has filed an opinion in the United States Circuit Court in which he holds that the Electric Porcelain Company, of this city, has been infringing a patent possessed by R. Thomas & Sons. A process for manufacturing a high tension porcelain insulator was the particular patent involved. The judge orders that a master be appointed and that an accounting by the defendant be secured.
