This was the regular annual convention of the association and promised to be the most important, in view of recent developments, that has been held for sme [sic] some time past. The annex of the West End Hotel was selected as the place of meeting, and when President Frank A, Bodine, of Philadelphia, rapped for order at 10 o'clock the large parlor set apart for the use of the association was more than comfortably filled. Secretary E. R. Wood called the roll, which showed that the following companies were represented, either by members or proxy: Ely, Son & Hoyt, Clyde, N.Y. · · Wm. Brookfield, New York City · · |
