HIS BACK WRENCHED, HE SUES EMPLOYER
William Abbotts, Jr., representing Edward Cain, instituted suit in Mercer Court of Commn Pleas this morning to obtain damages from Frederick A. Duggan and Benjamin B. Dinsmore, trading as the Imperial Porcelain Company, under the employers' liability law. According to the bill of complaint Cain's back was wrenched while in the course of his employment November 10, 1913. December 10 he resumed his work, but about 14 days later he was compelled, it is claimed, to discontinue it and has since been idle. |
