Judge Burke has directed the writ of injunction to be issued as asked by the South Baltimore Company, to restrain William Brookfield from tearing down and removing the plant of the South Baltimore Glass Manufacturing Co., which he recently purchased from the receiver of the latter company for $2,500. The receiver, George W. Sharp, is also enjoined from permitting Mr. Brookfield to remove the plant.
