DIPLOMA WINNERS. Closing Exercises of Covington Schools Tonight. Thirteen Graduates Released From School Duty. If They Have Thrift and Industry, They Have the Rest. Superintendent Hall Master of Ceremonies — Principal Blaisdell's Address. In Oddfellows' Hall tonight at 8 o'clock thirteen bright boy and girl graduates take part in the closing exercises of the public schools of Covington. Superintendent Hall has the management of the affair in hand, and the members of the school board will lend him valuable assistance. · · W. Edgar Evans is a son of Richard Evans, of 1549 Madison Avenue, and is a very bright young man.
