The Ohio Valley Glass Co. was incorporated at Dover, Del., on Friday of last week, to manufacture and sell glass and glassware. The company, which is capitalized at $75,000, will commence, at once, the erection of a factory on the McCord property, Martin's Ferry, Ohio.
