The glass industry is reported to be in a more flourishing condition in Brooklyn, N.Y., this spring, then for several years at the same season. The Bushwick Glass Works of William Brookfield have a much larger force employed than they had last year. The Williamsburg Flint Glass Works, E.P. Gleason Mfg. Co., and Demuth Bros. Are all operating and doing an increased business.
