New Use for Old Insulators. — An American exchange says that on the wall of the office of the General Adminstration of Post Offices, Telephones, and Telegraphs at Brussels, there recently appeared a poster which announced a coming auction sale of second-hand insulators. The last paragraph reads as follows: — These articles will be sold in one or more lots to suit purchasers, and may be utilized for borders to parks and gardens.
