The Reservoir Committee consists of Messrs. T. C. Wolking, S. W. Coflin, T. F. Hallam, T. J. Whittle, and Alex. Davezac. The citizens, James Tranter, James Walsh, H. S. Worthington, and Ralph G. Hemingray, and City Engineer Thomas Kennedy. The Committee is composed of good-sensed men, and they will do what is best to be done in the matter.
