The Green Bottle Machine Co., of Jersey City, has been chartered in New Jersey with $500,000 capital, to deal in machines for making glass bottles. The incorporators are L. Grote, C. A. Tatum and W. Brookfield. Forbes & Haviland, of New York are the attorneys.
