THE WEEK AT LAKEWOOD.

First Drag Hunt of the Season --Thanksgiving Gold Tournament - New Arrivals.

(Special to the Eagle)

Lakewood, N.J., November 24. - The chief topic of conversation is the grand Thanksgiving tournament, which will fill three days of next week at the gold club of Lakewood. There are few of the private houses in this resort but will entertain friends who will take part in the tournament, while all the hotels are booking rooms to the order of the best known golfers throughout the country. This tournament has always been one of the chief events of the Lakewood sporting season, and with good weather there is no reason to doubt the success of this year's event.
