Strikers Return to Work.

Victor, April 12. - The strike at the Locke Insulator works was ended yesterday and the men returned to work.

The company granted all demands of the men with the exception of an increase in wages of 2-1/2 an hour and this was left at the discretion of the foreman of each department. The foremen are given authority to adjust the wage question.

200 Men Affected by Strike.

The strike started on March 30th, when the 200 employes marched out of the plant and refused to return to work. The strike followed a statement of grievances by the men.

They asked for 2-1/2 cents an hour increase in wages, time and a half for overtime, correction in the time estimate taken and more co-operation between the management and the employes.

Several meetings were held by the strikers and several attempts at settlement were made both on the part of the employers and the employes.

The works are now running again full blast.
