RECEIVER DUGGAN
Will Continue to Operate the Tiffin Pottery for Benefit of Creditors and Stockholders
Receiver Frederic A. Duggan, of this city, through his counsel, Edwin Robert Walker, has secured a signal victory in the Tiffin Pottery Company's difficulties. In the United States Circuit Court of Ohio Judge George R. Sage yesterday rendered an opinion dismissing the application of Samuel B. Sneath and Albert Brewer of Tiffin, Ohio, to have Frederick A. Duggan of this city removed from his office as receiver. Sneath and Brewer desired the appointment of Sneath, a resident of Tiffin, where the pottery is situated. Mr. Duggan is instructed to run and operate the plant for the benefit of the creditors and stockholders. His management since his appointment has been most efficient. |
