TRENTON MEN FORM SPRING WATER CO.
The Keystone Spring Water Company, a corporation formed by local capitalists, was chartered today at the State House with an authorized capital of $125,000, divided into 2,500 shares, of a par value of $50 each. The corporation will deal in spring water, aerated and carbonated waters, and so on. The charter also gives the company the right to acquire real estate and to erect hotels, boarding houses and to establish resorts. The incorporators and the number of shares held by each follows: Frederick A. Duggan, 16; Benjamin B. Dinsmore, 16; James C. Kemble, 33; and Arthur H. Wood, 1. The company will begin business with $3,300 paid in. The company will acquire water from springs in Upper Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pa., which includes the section of the county in the vicinity of Taylorsville. The water has been analyzed at Princeton University and found to be of a high state of purity. |
