FILE SUIT AGAINST

SPORTS IN ARMORY

Attorney-General Robert H. McCarter, upon information of Barker G. Hamill, William M. Dickinson, Frederick A. Duggan, Michael Gilinski and Charles L. Patterson, has filed in the Court of Chancery a supplemental bill for an injunction to restrain the officers of the Second Regiment from using the Armory in this city for track events, bicycle and motor cycle races, dancing and roller skating.

Vice Chancellor Walker has made an order requiring the defendants to show cause before Vice Chancellor Leaming in Camden next Monday why the injunction should not be issued.

The complainants are all interested in local dancing halls and skating rinks.

The bill filed is supplemental to the one filed last winter and acting on which Vice Chancellor Leaming refused to allow a preliminary injunction.
