PUT OFF AGAIN The Hemingray Case Heard Before Referee Durrett. The matter of the lien of the Hemingray Glass Company against J. M. Rude for a claim of $5,500, alleged to be due for rent, which was heard Monday in the United States Circuit Court, was continued again Tuesday morning. Martin M. Durrett, referee in bankruptcy, heard arguments from Theodore Hallam, who represents the Hemingray Company, and S. D. Rouse, representing the Rude estate. The matter of the 750 boxes of tin, some of which were alleged to have been emptied, was again brought up, but Referee Durrett gave out no decision. |
