Property.


Attorneys representing different interests involved in the J. H. Rude assignment were before M. M. Durett, Referee In Bankruptcy, Thursday in the Covington Government Building. Mr. Rude was present and also John Ernst, receiver of the Rude plant.

Papers Gone

Rude was ordered to testify as to the disposition of certain papers and contracts which are said to have disappeared since the assignment.

The Hemingray Glass Company was also represented, the company claiming to have a lien on some of the assigned property. The company's claim was set for hearing on Sept. 18.
