Word was received in northern Kentucky Saturday of the death of Peter M. Concannon, former Covington resident, who died at his home, 1215 S. Brotherton street, Muncie, Ind., Thursday following a long illness. He was 70.

Mr. Concannon, who was a promi­nent resident of the Indiana city, left Covington with the Hemingray Glass Co., a firm formerly located here. He was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and the Eagles Lodge in Muncie.

He leaves one son, James L. Con­cannon, of Muncie; three daughters, Misses Margaret and Etheldreda Conconnon, Muncie, and Mrs. Marie McLaughlin, Los Angeles, Cal.; one brother, Thomas Concan­non, Covington; three sisters, Misses Mary, Julia and Margaret Concannon, all of Covington, and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at St. Lawrence Church at 9 a. m. Monday with Father Joseph Lenk in charge. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery.
