COUNTRY CLUB EVENT.

A party of young men and women witnessed the polo game last evening in honor of Miss Field, of Chicago; Miss Taylor, of Indianapolis; Miss Reid, of Rochester, N. Y.; and Miss Daniels, of Dayton, O., who are visiting in Muncie. The game over, the guests were conveyed to the Country club house where a dance was given by Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Evans. At a late hour an elaborate collation was served. The guests present from the city were Misses Florence McNaughton, Emily Olcott, Fannie Turner, Bessie Ellis, Edith Kirby, Sarah Kirby, Carroll Hemingray, Llewellyn Hemingray, Josephine Gray, Cora Emerson, Helen Hickman, Clara Gill; Messrs. Jay Lea Turner, Will Myers, Walter Baker, Bert Scott, Robert Walker, John McNaughton, Walter McNaughton, Walter Howe, Charles Gill, Arthur Cassady, Karl Osterle, Fred Georgia, P. R. Janney, Mr. and Mrs. J. Edgar Johnson.
