Aleria Sloat, and all others whom it my concern, you will take notice of the following resolution:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the city of Muncie in the county of Delaware, in the State of Indiana, that the committee on sewers and drains of this council hereby is appointed as the Committee to consider the report and final estimate of the Civil Engineer of this city concerning the improvement of the sewer called the Principal Outlet Sewer. Said report and final estimate purporting to show all the facts required by law concerning said improvement, including the total cost of said improvement and the assessment and apportionment thereof. And further that the City Clerk's office in the Central block in said city, and Saturday, the 5th day of September, 1891, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon is appointed as the place and time at which a hearing on said report and final estimate shall be given by said committee to all persons whom said report and final estimate may concern. And further that the Clerk of this city is hereby ordered to publish lawful notice hereof.

I, A. L. Shideler, Clerk of said city of Muncie, do certify that the above and foregoing is a true and complete copy of a Resolution adopted by the Common Council of said city of Muncie at a regular meeting of said Council held in the Council chamber of said city on the 17th day of August, 1891.
