The Electrical Porcelain Co. was incorporated Friday under the laws of Ohio. It will be a three-kiln plant and be located at the East End. W. Erlanger, Sr. and Jr., H. W. Peach, R. J. Marshall and S. C. Dyke, of East Liverpool, are the incorporators, and the capital stock is to be $30,000.
